Challenge 11: Tennis Ball Challenge

Tennis Ball Challenge by pro water polo coach and former Spain National team goalkeeper Patricia Del Soto Traver🤽🏻‍♀️ 

How to do The Tennis Ball Challenge:
1️⃣ Open @thereflexesapp to start with and don’t forget the tennis ball. 
2️⃣ Place your device in front of you.⠀
3️⃣ Select the Single Target activity.⠀
4️⃣ Set the Slow speed and time you’re comfortable with.⠀
5️⃣ Ensure you fit your body in the box on the screen.
6️⃣ After the countdown, the targets will appear randomly. When you see the target on the right, bounce the tennis ball with the left hand, and the other way around, when you see the target on the left, bounce the ball with the right hand. 
7️⃣ Start hitting the targets and hit as many targets as fast as you can!
