Welcome to our first weekly challenge that you can do with the Reflexes app.

Each week we’ll send a email on Monday with a challenge to do with The Reflexes App. The challenges will test your concentration, focus and of course reflexes.

Every Wednesday we will publish the challenge on our blog.

Challenge 1: One Arm

How many targets can you hit if you made it harder for yourself?

This will test your movement and agility, your concentration and focus. 

  1. Start by choosing a speed and time you’re comfortable with and see how many targets you can hit.
  2. If you finish with 0 missed targets you know its time to make it harder with a faster speed.
