Challenge 8: Ludicrous Speed

Test your limits with The Ludicrous Speed Challenge. The target will only appear for 0.7 seconds⚡️

How to do The Ludicrous Speed Challenge: 

  1. Place your device in front of you. 
  2. Select the Single or Two Targets activity. 
  3. Set the speed to Ludicrous speed. 
  4. Ensure you fit your body in the box on the screen. 
  5. Start hitting the targets!
  6. Hit as many targets as fast as you can!

You can start with 30 seconds to warm up and then build up the time gradually during the week to get to PRO Level 120 seconds on Ludicrous speed🥇 How many targets can you hit?
